I drove a Mercedes-Benz CLS last Monday. It always seemed a ludicrously indulgent car on which to spend a manufacturers development and marketing budgets, as it is broadly an E-Class saloon with a side view shaped like a banana, less room inside and some more exotic mechanical parts.

This Honda S2000 Sports Modulo concept will be on display at this week’s upcoming Tokyo Auto Salon 2009. Not sure what I ultimately think about the look of body kit on this S2000 concept so I will reserve judgment until I see it in person later this week.

Well it’s about time!!! Early this morning in Tokyo, Nissan dropped the press bomb release which include these photos of their $160,000 USD Nissan GT-R Spec V!! The GT-R Spec V exterior features a carbon fiber rear spoiler, fiber grille, carbon fiber brake ducts, carbon fiber insets on rear center storage box and instrument panel. It will be available exclusively in Ultimate Black Opal color.

Tokyo Auto Salon 2009 starts Friday Jan 9th and goes until Sunday Jan 11th at the Makuhari Messe which is a convention centre in Japan located in the western region of Chiba Prefecture which is very close to Tokyo, Japan.

Having seen the original Branew Nissan GT-R at the 2008 Sema Show in Las Vegas this past November, it surely didn’t take Branew long to whip up another sexy front clip available in FRP or Carbon Fiber called The Front Bumper Dynamic Version. I will make sure I take a tonne of photos of this new clip because I think it makes a very nice modification to the already sexy Nissan GT-R front end!
