German tuner Edo Competition has put its hands on Porsche's unsuccessful Cayenne Turbo SUV. Justly assuming that the vehicle's off-road (dis)abilities is no more than a marketing gimmick, guys from Edo decided to concentrate their attention on Cayenne's racing skills.

IMHO, it just wouldn’t be quality coverage of any car event without the proper coverage of the models and babes of the show. The only thing more popular than a modified Nissan GT-R at the 2008 SEMA Show were all the properly modified racks

Importfest 2008 Season Finale took place this past weekend at the Toronto Metro Convention Center from noon until midnight. Here are some of the good photos that turned out. This is a follow up post to my earlier and very popular 2008 Importfest Toronto - Ass Photos collection.

Filmed in 2 states, with at least a dozen soapy girls washing, driving and wrecking cars, you’ll see Corvettes, a Saleen S7, the wreckage of a Porsche GT3 and finally girl on girl drag race between the Mercedes Benz AMG C63 and the BMW E63 M6.

This PPI RAZOR GTR is their first prototype. All the carbon fiber body panels you see are the 1st ones out of their carbon fiber molds. You can see the carbon fiber doesn't have that finished glossy look to it.

The times have certainly changed for the sport utility market. While SUVs enjoyed tremendous sales success in recent years, the rising price of gasoline coupled with a weakened economy has driven down SUV sales more recently. As a result, dealers are struggling to move SUV inventory these days, even with attractive incentives. The hardest hit by this trend may be domestic automakers as they have relied on the sales successes of gas guzzling midsize and large SUVs.
