Porsche has apparently upgraded the 3.6 and 3.8-liter engines to direct injection making 345 hp (+20 hp), 390 Nm torque (+20 Nm) and 385 hp (+30 hp), 420 Nm torque (+20 Nm) respectively.

Spy photos have emerged today showcasing the next variant of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, this time in a two-door hardtop convertible form. As may remember, Mercedes has chosen to drop the "CLK" moniker from its lineup, replacing it instead with the less confusing "E-Class Coupe"; so the model you're viewing is in essence the next version of the outgoing CLK convertible (despite being called an E-Class).

Checkout these spy photos of the most likely early Porsche 911 998 test mule. The Porsche911 998 model is planned for delivery on 2011 so it’s still in it’s early development stage. These photos show extended wheel arches, indicating that the Porsche 998 will most likely have a wider track and potentially be bigger than the current Porsche 911 997.

Here are some recent images that surfaced on PriusChat.com which could be for real or could be some nicely photo-chpped pics of the 2010 Toyota Prius. Toyota will not comment on the authenticity of these potentially leaked images.

Wearing Ludwigsburg license plates, which indicates an official Porsche AG car, BTG spotted this Porsche Cayman doing some hot laps. What was interesting was not it’s appearance but rather its sound. BTG photographer gives an account of hearing the distinct sound of a turbo engine as this Cayman flew past.

Porsche engineers were out in full gear, with a parade of at least 5 prototypes,giving photographers more chances to take pictures of the Porsche Panamera. The entry-level powerplant will be Volkswagen’s 3.5-liter six-cylinder engine with 300 bhp, while Porsche’s own drivetrain will be a direct-injection eight-cylinder petrol engine, available in naturally-aspirated guise (350 bhp) and with twin-turbo (560 bhp).

HOT OFF THE PRESS FINALLY!!! Honda has apparently started testing pre-production prototypes of its highly anticipated 2010 Acura NSX, as speculated by these recent spy photos taken in Germany.

As the world patiently waits for the debut of the all new Ferrari California the Italians continue to tease us with small details of the newest model to be added to the stable. The latest releases include: a computer animated video showing the Ferrari California racing round a racetrack and some high-resolution photos.

Autobild recently managed to take some spy pics of a Ferrari nobody has seen before at the Ferrari factory in Maranello, Italy. Although it is very similar to the Ferrari F430 / 430 Scuderia which could indicate a new successor or concept being tested, I am going to have to lean towards my instincts that it is a custom built Ferrari.

As evidenced by the heavy masking in the S63 AMG photo, a revised front apron is unquestionably in the works for the model – an exterior enhancement that, when paired with the new front grille, will likely be the most notable change to the 2010 variant. Although not visible in the photos, a new front apron will likely make its way onto the 2010 AMG-powered C-Class models as well.

This American produced Camaro was testing in Germany, keep in mind the Australian brand of GM; Holden, is responsible for it’s development.

Although the 2008 Paris Motor doesn't kick off until October 4th, Mercedes today has released details of a new design study they're calling the Mercedes-Benz ConceptFASCINATION. Built with the objectives of providing a "high level of practical usability" and a coupé that "appeals to the heart with fast, thrilling lines," the Mercedes' designers decided to make use of the "shooting brake" body style, thus allowing them to combine "sporty and elegant design with stylish practicality."

The Porsche Panamera and their test driving Engineers are back at it as spy photographers found a group testing them in ripping around Spain. Porsche seems to be putting the final touches on the Panamera as they prepare the sedan for a March 2009 launch.
