Autobild recently managed to take some spy pics of a Ferrari nobody has seen before at the Ferrari factory in Maranello, Italy. Although it is very similar to the Ferrari F430 / 430 Scuderia which could indicate a new successor or concept being tested, I am going to have to lean towards my instincts that it is a custom built Ferrari.

430 Scuderia Pace Car which was out for today's 430 Challenge race. The Mont Tremblant circuit saw a huge downpour of rain right before the race. The cars were given about 5 minutes of race time with wet slicks until they vaporized most of the water. They pitted and there were led back on the track by this 430 Scuderia Pace car.
