Photos and videos of L.A.s Notorious all black Porsche Carrera GT which made its debut with a great videos from the streets of Beverly Hills ripping and roaring causing quite the commotion.
This is really a Porsche Boxter that has been stretched 12 inches in both directions (insert joke here). It has been completely modified in and out to look like a Porsche Carrera GT that retails for over $450,000.
I originally saw this car being driven HARD by its sexy owner downtown during 2008 Montreal Formula 1. On the way out of Montreal Sunday night (heat stroked, hungover and in need of rehab) we came across the same Porsche Carrera GT with the same supermodel driver behind the wheel freshly pulled over by the MONTREAL POLICE!!!
Getting closer to it at the light I suddenly realized (heart starting to beat faster) that it was a Porsche Gemballa Mirage GT!!!!! HOLY SHIT!! I still have a grin on my face after watching and listening to that car go from 0-100mph not ONCE but TWICE!!!!
Among the cars entered were a Bugatti Veyron, Porsche Carrera GT, Mansory Continental GTC, McLaren SLR Roadster and many many more exotics! Sadly one of the Murcielago Roadsters didn’t survive a short encounter with one of Dubai’s many high curbs but other than that the event went flawless.
Car Spotting photos of a modified Cayman S, Carerra GT with the most expensive license plate in the world, F430, S63 all from Dubai, 911 (997) GT3 from florida, 911 (996) Turbo from Calgary... and more
This was a private meeting of Pagani Zonda owners organized by Horacio Pagani !!!
There were 14 Pagani Zonda's! (And a very rare purple Bugatti Veyron)
How does this rally compare to last weekends Crystal Cove Porsche Carrera GT drive where 14 Porsche Carrera GT's showed up? You decide :)
This modified Porsche Carrera GT (CGT) valued at $1.1 Million, appears to have gone into the siderails at a generous speed while driving at the Paul Ricard Circuit in France. The German prince is famous for his extravagant lifestyle and international chain of strip clubs! Maybe he was jealous of Lewis Hamiltons Father who crashed a friends Porsche Carrera GT??
Car spotting photos of a Yellow Murcielago LP 640 from Dubai as well as a DeTomaso Pantera, Honda S2000, Aston Martin Vanquish S, Porsche Carrera GT...more...
This Edo Competition Porsche Carrera GT VIDEO should start at the 0:35 mark, so fast forward, crank up your speakers and let the entire office enjoy the sweet sounding Edo Competition CGT hit 208mph (335 km/h)!!

Combined, these 3 cars cost $1.5 Million Euros and throw down 1900hp. This video was filmed at Lake Garda located in beautiful northern Italy, about half-way between Venice and Milan. Ok Ok, so there is no Enzo Ferrari…. but hey its Friday so stop your complaining and treat yourself, just watch the video!
The movie "Redline," starring Eddie Griffin, is being produced by real-estate investor Daniel Sadek. Part of the deal is to use his own vehicles in the film, which includes a nice collection of exotics: a Phantom, a Lamborghini Murcielago, an Enzo Ferrari, a Ferrari F430, a Ferrari Scaglietti and two McLarens. Directed by Andy Cheng, the film will destroy the producer's personal Carrera GT in one scene.
Last year, the owner of a Porsche Carrera GT and his passenger were killed at California Speedway when it crashed at 145 mph during a track day accident. The wife of the passenger has filed a suit against a long list of defendants, including Porsche for selling a defective car. Business Week's John Draneas, an attorney and enthusiast, talks through the suit and what it could mean.
Production of the legendary $440,000 Porsche Carrera GT ended today (Saturday, May 6) at the Porsche plant Leipzig, Germany. Production began in September, 2003. A total of 1,270 units were built \227 27 percent higher than the planned 1,000 units. A reported 53 percent of the cars went to the United States, 12 percent to Germany, and 7 percent to the United Arab Emirates.
Serial number 1270 will be the end of the Lepzig assembly line for the 612 hp Porsche roadster -- the end of a run that exceeded its goal of 1,000 units. The factory produced as many as three per day, largely hand-built, with 130 hours of assembly per car, plus an additional 45 hours for the engine.
As this is written, Porsche has two midengine sports cars in its production lineup, the Boxster and the Carrera GT. That's twice as many as it's ever offered before. But many who consider themselves true Porsche enthusiasts don't believe a real Porsche can have its engine any place but out beyond the rear wheels. And yet the very first Porsche was midengined.
