With Montreal dropped From F1 2009 Calendar, for next year’s 2009 Formula 1 Race Schedule the FIA will introduce Abu Dhabi as the the season’s final race!
This new state of the art Formula 1 track will be designed by Hermann Tilke and will be located on YAS ISLAND and will be called “YAS MARINA CIRCUIT”.
In qualifying, things got off to another fantastic start for the team, with Lewis Hamilton capturing his seventh pole of the season and his teammate Heikki Kovalainen starting back four places in fifth. From the onset of the race, things went equally well for both drivers, with Lewis rocketing to an immediate lead and Heikki maintaining his position in fifth.
