The official images of the new Seat Leon II Cupra has been leaked to internet. We havn't to wait to the British International Motorshow to see the most powerful Seat ever.

JE DESIGN well-known as a SEAT tuning specialist, is now presenting the highlight of its Leon suite - a wide body with wing doors. JE DESIGN also gives the new turbo-charged petrol engine an extra boost. The direct injection TFSI engine, which VW has recently started to fit, promises a great deal of tuning potential.

Seat will soon start selling the cheapest member of the Altea Freetrack family of cars. Equipped with a 2-liter diesel engine, the car features decent fuel economy and tolerable dynamics.

Seat has announced that they will replace its Toledo hatchback with a sedan next year. The next model will be called SEAT Bolero. Sales of the third-generation Toledo, which launched in 2004, have been disappointing. Critics have blamed the design of the car’s trunk, which combines sedan/hatchback characteristics.

The core of the modifications is the power boost to the 2.0 TDI engine. Instead of 125 kW (170 bhp), it now generates a solid 142 kW (193 bhp) with a torque increase from 85 to 410 Nm. The modifications to the engine management system permit better driving performance: A top speed of 224 km/h (series: 218 km/h) and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.6 seconds

SEAT has launched a new Sport variation of its Toledo MPV. The new model - previewed at the London Motor Show last July - features an array of enhancements to boost on-road presence. The new SEAT Toledo Sport employs parent company Volkswagen's reputable 2-litre 138bhp TDI turbodiesel mated to the DSG transmission for a more sporting drive.

The DSG is already available with 2.0-litre TDI 140 hp Stylance trims of both Leon and Altea and can now be ordered with FR versions through Seat's UK dealerships for £17,895 and £18,195 respectively.

The SEAT Leon, SEAT Altea, SEAT Altea XL and SEAT Toledo will all get DSG transmission in combination with a 1.9 TDI 105 hp engine.

Now LSD also lends the Ford Fiesta and the Seat Ibiza the ultimate show car look throuh their famous wing door hinges. The LSD door fittings are available for all three door Ford Fiestas Type JD 3 from production date November 2001.
